Shipping Policy

When your order is placed with On The Wharf Clothing, LLC we typically generate your shipping label within’ 48 hours of your ordering. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number, if applicable. Please note, this does not mean that your order has shipped but it means that On The Wharf Clothing, LLC has created your shipping label and is packaging your order. It is our responsibility to get your package to the courier, once delivered to the courier, On The Wharf Clothing, LLC is no longer responsible for arrival times, delivery dates or lost packages. Upon delivery of your package, if it is damaged, we will do our very best to accommodate you in any way possible. Simply contact our support team noted below.
